Lolly Pop
Lolly Pop is an on-stage personae of Brooke R. Calder, produced by the triad talents of Ricardo Autobahn, Monte Moir (The Time, Rihanna) and Doctor Fink (Prince).

Biography
Raised between the United States and Zimbabwe, Africa, Calder moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to work as a dancer for Prince in 1994. After being cast in the Prince and NPG "Get Wild" video, she suffered a debilitating back injury, which led to studying engineering with NPG keyboardist Morris Hayes [1] and working for Twin/Tone Records instead.
Circa 2002, Calder adopted the moniker Lolly Pop and formed Electro-Kitsch act TELEPHONE! with producer Howard W. Hamilton III.[2] During 2006, Pop emerged as a solo artist produced by Fink, Moir as well as Autobahn. The following year, Pop was featured on RockAmerica,[3] the soundtrack of the film Loveless in Los Angeles,[4] appeared at Winter Music Conference in Miami, and in the Paul Moering short film Climbing Trees.[5]
Separately, Calder was recruited as the female vocalist for the Ricardo Autobahn project POP INC.. She also continued to contribute vocals to and/or produce American acts A*O*A and glean (with Rick McCollum of The Afghan Whigs); British outfits The Cuban Boys and The Rude Awakening; Ireland's Aidan Casserly as well as Norway's Frode Holm. With Phil Solem of The Rembrandts, she co-wrote the theme song for the Launch TV comedy Graham Crackers. In 2019, she co-choreographed the video for Jellybean Johnson's Put Some Jelly On It[6] and formed dark electronic duo The Red Hour with ENDIF. Currently, Calder and her The Red Hour collaborator run the electronic music imprint Manual Control Records [7].
Charitable Efforts
During the 2020 COVID pandemic, Calder and various band mates donated their Spring Quarter royalties to help VA nurses risking their lives. In 2017, A*O*A donated sales profits to the NODAPL Legal Fund and continue to provide a $1 royalty to RAICES for each maxi-single sold.
