List of presidents of North Macedonia by longevity

This is a list of President of North Macedonia in order of longevity. There are currently eight Presidents on the list, five of whom are living. The list shows those who served the position President of Macedonia from 18 September 1991, both acting and incumbent. The list is in descending order and is correct as of 7 August 2020. The longest-lived president was Kiro Gligorov (1917–2012), who was also the oldest president in the world until his resignation in 1999.

To account for the different number of leap days within the life of each president, two measures of longevity are given. The first is the number of whole years the president lived, and the number of days past their last birthday. The second list the total number of days lived by the president, accounting for differing numbers of leap years within the lifespans of different presidents.
