Shakey's V-League

2004–2016

The UST Tigresses have the most number of championships (six), followed by the DLSU Lady Spikers (three). The Adamson Lady Falcons, Ateneo Lady Eagles, NU Lady Bulldogs, Philippine Army Lady Troopers and Cagayan Valley Lady Rising Suns have won two championships each. The PLDT Home Ultera Fast Hitters, San Sebastian Lady Stags, Vietsovpetro (VIE), Sandugo-San Sebastian, FEU Lady Tamaraws and the Smart All Stars each have one championship.
