Plot

Dispatched by the ISP, Jiro Kitami (as a bouncer) visit the villa of Klima, a “Tiger Fangs” general and governor in the Republic of Alabanda. Jiro also meet Rie Akashi, Kilma’s assistant and attaché from Japan. Klima travels to Tokyo with his bodyguard Sabato to buy the water dam construction material. Kitami tried following Rie’s pleading, but at the Alabandian Embassy in Tokyo, he feel suspicion about the unofficial visit from Klima. During his trip to Nashi’s home, Jiro heard about the mysterious disappearance of Colonel Akashi, a military advisor to Alabanda.

The colonel’s personality, who was the Institute for Engineerings of the Military Age, felt dangerous to Jiro. At the International Hotel, he encountered with Klima again and began interesting in action. The next day during the building tender, Klima stocked a lot of cylinders that was unrelated to the water dam.

There is something between the colonel and the cylinders. Captain Kumira and Sabato, who were looking for Jiro, knew his identity and tried to killed him. However, Jiro manage to outsmart them in a fight and rescue Rie, who was captured while visiting Nashi’s place. When the embassy representatives knew everything, they declared Klima as a traitor and all police forces arrested him without his explanation.

Jiro took his gun away and ran to the poison gas factory where Akashi was tied up as hostage. The colonel explanied that he was making a poisonous gas at the expense of Kilma’s willingness to start a civil war. Again, from Jiro’s thought, he realized that Klima and Akashi were fellow students at the Nakano School during World War Two. Klima archives his success locally during the Alabanian Civil War (1961-1963) between the government and rebels. Explains how he became known as “Tiger Fangs” General, Jiro was also from Nakano and learn of Kilma’s behavior before he was arrested by the international court.
