Kieng Vang

Kieng Vang is a Cambodian politician. He belongs to the Sam Rainsy Party and was elected to represent Kampot Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003.[1]

In this Cambodian name, the surname is Kieng. In accordance with Cambodian custom, this person should be referred to by their given name.
