Kholodninsky mine

The Kholodninsky mine is one of the largest lead and zinc mines in Russia.[1] The mine is located in south-eastern Russia in Buryatia.[1][2] The mine has reserves amounting to 519 million tonnes of ore grading 0.65% lead and 3.99% zinc thus resulting 3.37 million tonnes of lead and 21.2 million tonnes of zinc.[1]
