Ken Anderson (motorsport)

Ken Anderson is the preeminent American racecar design engineer with over 40 years of success in Off Road, IndyCar, NASCAR, Endurance Racing, Formula 3, and Formula 1 winning dozens of championships and five Indy 500’s.

He has held the top Technical, Engineering, and Design roles in prestigious teams such as Penske Racing, Dan Gurney’s All American Racers, AJ Foyt Racing, Chip Ganassi Racing, Bradley Motorsports, Haas CNC Racing, Ligier Formula 1, Onyx Formula 1, & USF1. He is the only American that has been Technical Director of three different Formula 1 teams.

The $40M WindShear 180 mph rolling road automotive wind tunnel in Concord, NC is just one of the many successful projects that he has designed, supervised, and completed. His innovative designs revolutionized the racing shock absorber industry and defined the test equipment market for automotive suspension systems.
