Joseph Horatio Anderson

Joseph Horatio Anderson was a Colonial American architect in Annapolis, Province of Maryland in the late 18th century. He was the architect for the third[1] and current Maryland State House,[2][3] the second St Anne's Church,[2] and Whitehall, a plantation house near Annapolis.
