Jocelyn Rowe
Jocelyn Alexander Rowe was an English football right back who made one appearance in the Football League for Manchester United.[1] He represented the Irish League XI.[1]

Rowe served as a colour sergeant in the East Surrey Regiment during the First World War.[2]
