Joao Abel Pecas Lopes

Joao Abel Pecas Lopes is an electrical engineer from the Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores, Tecnologia, e Ciência (INESC TEC) in Porto, Portugal. Lopes was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for his contributions to microgrids and the integration of wind generation.
