Joanna Place

Joanna Ruth Place (born 21 June 1962) is a British executive who has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank of England since July 2017. As such, she has responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Bank. Previously, from 2014 to 2017, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources at the Bank of England.[1][2][3]
