Ivana Nikolić

Ivana Nikolić (Serbian Cyrillic: Ивана Николић; born 1989) is a politician in Serbia. She has served in the National Assembly of Serbia since 2016 as a member of Serbian Progressive Party.

Private life

Nikolić has a master of engineering degree in transport. She is based in Ub.[1]

Political career

Nikolić received the eighty-first position on the Progressive Party's Aleksandar Vučić – Serbia Is Winning electoral list in the 2016 Serbian parliamentary election and was elected when the list won a majority with 131 out of 250 mandates.[2] In the parliament that followed, she served as a member of the assembly's environmental protection committee; a deputy member of the European integration committee and the committee on spatial planning, transport, infrastructure, and telecommunications; and a member of the parliamentary friendship groups with Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bolivia, China, France, Georgia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Russia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.[3]

She was promoted to the eighth position on the Progressive Party's list in the 2020 Serbian parliamentary election,[4] and was elected to a second term when the list won a landslide majority with 188 mandates.
