Irv Newhouse
Irving R. Newhouse (October 20, 1920 – March 29, 2001) was an American politician in the state of Washington. He served in the Washington House of Representatives from 1965 to 1980 for district 8 and 15, and in the Senate from 1980 to 1998.[2][3][4]

One of the Washington State Senate office buildings was renamed the Irv Newhouse Building in 1998.[1]
