International representation of Donetsk and Luhansk

The Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) and the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) are two unrecognized proto-states located in the Donbass region of eastern Ukraine. Internationally, they are recognized as constituent regions of Ukraine as the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, respectively.[1] They proclaimed their independence after the 2014 Ukrainian revolution and the subsequent Russian military intervention, later on merging together as the unrecognized state of Novorossiya, only to be dissolved in 2015. Today, they are only officially recognized by South Ossetia. Both entities have no embassies in any other state.

DNR Representation Bureaus

•  Czech Republic – in 2016, DNR sympathizers opened a self-proclaimed "Consulate" in Ostrava[2][3]
•  France – in 2017, a DNR Representative Office opened in Marseille[4]
•  Italy – the DNR has two Representative Offices in Italy
  • in 2016, the first opened in Turin
  • in 2019, the second opened in Verona[5][6]
•  Russia – in 2014, the DNR opened a Representative Office in Moscow[7]
  •  Crimea – in 2016, DNR sympathizers opened a Representative Office in Simferopol[8]
•  South Ossetia – in 2015, a DNR Representative Office opened in Tskhinval[9]

LNR Representation Bureaus

•  Democratic Republic of the Congo – in 2019, the LNR opened a Cultural Representation Office in Kolwezi (Lualaba Province)[10][11]
•  Italy – in 2019, the LNR opened a Representative Offices in Messina[12][6]
•  Russia – a Representative Office is located in Moscow

• in 2014, another Representative Office opened in St. Petersburg[13]
• in 2019, a Migration Office opened in Novoshakhtinsk (Rostov Oblast)[14]

•  South Ossetia – in 2015, a LNR Representative Office opened in Tskhinval[15]
