Inter-University Council for East Africa
The Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA), based in Kampala, Uganda, is an institution of the inter-governmental organisation, the East African Community. IUCEA aims to foster collaboration between universities in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda and South Sudan.
