Hemper is a New York-based company which sells Cannabis smoking accessories. The company also offers a monthly subscription model for boxes that contain products like pipes, rolling paper, tips, lighter, grinder etc.[1] The company received a funding of USD 1 million from Evolution Corporate Advisor which is a New York-based venture capital firm.[2] Hemper was founded by Bryan Gerber (CEO), Ravjot Bhasin (CFO) and Henry Kochhar (COO).[1] They launched the company after college, and started from 35 subscribers which grew to 6,000 subscribers.[3]

The company collaborated with disc jockey Flosstradamus[4] and rappers Ty Dolla $ign, Fetty Wap, and 2Chainz to create custom boxes which were branded with the celebrities' names.[5][6]
