Hà Nội F.C. (1956)

Hà Nội 1956 F.C. (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Hà Nội) was a Vietnamese football club based in Hanoi, formerly owned Nguyen Duc Kien. They played in the V.League, which is the premier division in Vietnamese football. The club was dissolved before the start of the 2013 season.[1] In 2008 they won the Vietnamese Cup and went on to play in the 2009 AFC Cup reaching the group stages of the competition. After Hà Nội ACB was relegated from the V-League in 2011, they bought V-League side Hòa Phát Hà Nội and merged both sides to become the new Hanoi F.C.
