Gul Bukhari

Gul Bukhari is a British-Pakistani liberal journalist and columnist.[2] She moved to UK recently from Pakistan in December 2018[3].

In June 2018, she was abducted for few hours by unknown personnel.[4]

Early life and education

Bukhari was born to a military family in 1966. Her father, Major General Rehmat Ali Shah Bukhari, was a Pakistan Army general and was decorated in 1971 for Battle of Bahawalnagar.[5]

Bukhari is a graduate of Kinnaird College and Lahore University of Management Sciences.
