Gregorio Licaros
Gregorio Licaros was the fourth Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines from 1970 to 1981.[1] From Meycauayan, Bulacan, married to Concepcion Blanco and had two sons, Gregorio Jr. and Abelardo
