German Onugkha

German Olegovich Onugkha (Russian: Герман Олегович Онугха; born 6 July 1996) is a Russian football player who plays as a centre-forward for FC Tambov on loan from FC Krasnodar.

Club career

He made his debut in the Russian Professional Football League for FC Zenit Penza on 1 September 2017 in a game against FC Ryazan.[1]

He made his Russian Football National League debut for FC Volgar Astrakhan on 4 March 2018 in a game against FC Khimki.

He made his debut for the main squad of FC Krasnodar on 25 September 2019 in a Russian Cup game against FC Nizhny Novgorod.[2] He made his Russian Premier League debut for Krasnodar on 5 July 2020 in a game against FC Zenit Saint Petersburg, replacing Marcus Berg in the 82nd minute.[3]

On 11 August 2020, he joined FC Tambov on loan for the 2020–21 season, with an option to purchase.[4]

Personal life

He was born to a Russian mother and a Nigerian father.[5]
