Gaurav Khanna

Gaurav Khanna is an Indian television actor and a model who is known for his roles in serials such as Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan, Love Ne Mila Di Jodi, Prem Ya Paheli - Chandrakanta, C.I.D. and Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam.[1][2]

Career

Gaurav Khanna worked as a marketing manager in an IT firm for nearly a year before switching careers. He started his career appearing in television commercials.[3][4] His first appearance on a television show was in the hit show Bhabhi as Bhuvan Sareen. His next notable role was in Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan as Sharman Wadhwa. Khanna's first lead role was in Meri Doli Tere Angana in 2007.

Khanna is best known for his role in Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam as Abeer Bajpayee opposite Yami Gautam in 2009.

Khanna was seen as a contestant in 9X's dance competition, Jalwa Four 2 Ka 1[5] and made a special appearance on the show Dancing Queen. He was also the host for Season 3 of the show Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan.[6]

He was also seen in popular show CID as Senior Inspector Kavin. He entered 'CID' in Episode 1060.

Personal life

In early 2016 Khanna was revealed to be dating television actress Akanksha Chamola.[7][8] The couple were married on November 24, 2016 in his hometown Kanpur.[9][10][11]
