GOtv Africa

GOtv Africa is a paid TV satellite service in Africa owned by Nigerian broadcaster MultiChoice. It mainly consists of African and international programming and is headquartered in Lagos State.[1][2][3]

History

The satellite channel was founded in October 2011 by MultiChoice Nigeria. It features African content, news from the BBC, Al Jazeera and CNN and is available in many Africans states such as GOtv Kenya, GOtv Namibia, GOtv Ghana, GOtv Malawi, GOtv Zambia, GOtv Zimbabwe and GOtv Togo.[4][5][6][7]

The current director general is John Ugbe.[8]
