History

The company was established on October 4, 2005 when Michelle Fazekas and Tara Butters. The duo left the long-running TV series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit to sign an overall deal with Touchstone Television.[1]

The studio's first production is Reaper, a series created by Fazekas and Butters, who is producing with Mark Gordon, and aired on The CW. It lasted two seasons, from 2007 to 2009.[2]

In 2009, the duo was moved from ABC Studios to 20th Century Fox Television. The partnership didn't last as long and the partnership was terminated in 2011.[3] After the partnership, it was signed a deal with CBS Television Studios. Like the Fox deal, the partnership didn't as long.[4]

In 2013, it signed a deal with ABC Studios, after the conclusion of the deal with CBS Television Studios.[5]
