Elliði Vignisson

Elliði Vignisson is the mayor of Ölfus and the former mayor of Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland.[1] He is well known in the country in his work as mayor and as a member of the Independence Party.[2][3][4][5]

This is an Icelandic name. The last name is patronymic, not a family name; this person is referred to by the given name Elliði.
