Ehigie Ikeakhe

Ehigie Moses Ikeakhe (born 26 March 1994) is a Nigerian serial entrepreneur and brand manager in the entertainment industry. He is best known as the president of Born Winners Empire.[1] He is also an ECOWAS Youth Ambassador.[2]

Ehigie was featured by The Guardian (Nigeria) to have donated a million naira to Nigerians to combat COVID-19, in 2020.[3][4]

Early life and education

Ehigie was born and brought up in Benin City, the state capital of Edo State. He acquired his primary education at Hills International School and later proceeded Uniben Demonstration Secondary School, UDSS, in Benin City.[5][6]

He had his bachelor's degree in Florida International University, Miami, he also has a degree in International Relations. Ikeakhe is currently studying Mass communication and Business in Moscow, Russia.[2][6]

Career

In 2011, Ehigie Ikeakhe established Born Winners Empire (BWE) as a record label company, BWE management began with artists branding and had Joshbeatz as its in-house producer,[7] he later started an Online TV, Talent/Brand Management in which he organised band performances, comedy show etc.[8][9] Ikeakhe expanded his business with BWE as a mother brand of Frostwater Bottled Water Company, El-Castillo Hotels, Caroline's Kitchen Restaurants, and BWE Studio which elongated its wingspan to the Animation Industry.[10][11]

Recognitions and awards

Ehigie Ikeakhe has hosted a number of youth enterprise conferences.[12] This got him the recognition of ECOWAS Youth Ambassador[13][14] from the ECOWAS Youth Council in 2018 amongst others.[5][15]
