David Earle Johnson

David Earle Johnson (born April 10, 1938) was a percussionist, composer and music producer. The son of Earle H. Johnson and Lottie Ruth Troutman Johnson of Florence, SC.

He played on several albums as a sideman in the 1970s.[1] His first recording as a solo artist was in 1978: Time Is Free, for Vanguard Records.[1] He recorded Route Two for Landslide Records.[2]
