This is a record of Croatia's results at the UEFA Nations League.

The Croatian team played first time on UEFA Nations League in season 2018–19 where they were seeded for League A in pot 3[1]. They were drawn into group 4 along with Spain and England. They were supposed to be relegated to the League B for the 2020–21 season, but due to changes in format of the competition, managed to stay in League A[2].
