Computer Ambush

Computer Ambush is a 1984 video game published by Strategic Simulations.

Gameplay

Computer Ambush is a game in which the player controls 10 soldiers in man-to-man combat in World War II.[1]

Reception

David Long reviewed the game for Computer Gaming World, and stated that "Computer Ambush (Second Edition) has been well worth the wait! It's fast, smooth flowing, and surprisingly realistic. This game could set the standard for tactical simulations for a long time to come. At least, until the Third Edition comes out."[1]

Reviews

gollark: Pulling more of the event?
gollark: Not for hydraz!
gollark: Anyway, you probably want to receive chat messages, which I think would be something like:```lualocal event = require "event"local _, username, message = event.pull "chat"```
gollark: There may be a reason for that.
gollark: Then maybe it would have made sense to, say, read the documentation on using components beforehand?
