Chen Hsong

Chen Hsong Holdings Limited (Chinese: 震雄集团) was established by Dr. Chiang Chen in Hong Kong in 1958. After half a century, Chen Hsong has grown from a small machinery workshop to one of the largest manufacturers of injection moulding machines in the world[1][2]. It has a customer base covering more than 65 countries worldwide including China, Taiwan, the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and most Southeast Asian countries. The clamping force is from 20 tons to 6,500 tons and injection rate is from 28.4 gram to 106,000 gram. Chen Hsong is the only plastic injection moulding machine manufacturer of its kind that serves customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in after sales and maintenance service in China. Chen Hsong does development, manufacture and sales of injection molding machines, mold machining systems, auto-molding systems, etc.

  • 1989 Closed-Loop Injection Moulding Machine had won “CMA Design Award” of Governor’s Award for Industry Machinery / Equipment Design Competition of The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong
  • 1991 Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong(Exchange code: 0057.HK)
  • 2000 CHEN-PET, two-stage preform moulding turnkey system, was awarded the CMA Machinery and Equipment Design Award (Hong Kong Awards for Industry)
  • 2000 Main manufacturing and R&D centers in 560,000 sqm “Chen Hsong Industrial Park” in Shenzhen, PRC
  • 2005 Awarded “The Shenzhen Top Brand” from SFIE of Shenzhen, China
  • 2007 Chen Hsong's "CH" brand was awarded China Top Brand / Launched the SUPERMASTER Two-Platen Advanced Energy Saving Injection Moulding Machine.
  • 2008 Donated a sum of HK$10 million for the magnitude 8.0 earthquake that severely hits China’s Sichuan province.
  • 2009 Launched the EASYMASTER Servo Drive Injection Moulding Machine Series and JETMASTER C2 Servo Drive Large Injection Moulding Machine Series
  • 2010 Chen Hsong Machinery(Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was awarded “High Technology Enterprises Certificate” in China.
  • 2011 Entered into business collaboration with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (MHI-PT) regarding the manufacturing and OEM manufacturing of Large-Sized Hydraulic Injection Molding Machines.[4]
  • 2012 Successfully developed and launched the largest injection moulding machine made in China, new 4,500-ton two-platen ultra-large machine.
  • 2013 Won 2013 Hong Kong Awards for Industries Machinery and Machine Tools Design Award of CMA.
  • 2014 Launched the SUPERMASTER Two Platen Advanced Servo Drive Injection Moulding Machine – 6,500-ton.
  • 2015 The SUPERMASTER Large Dual Color Injection Molding Machines-1000 ton was successfully launched.
  • 2019 Won the "Grand Award" and "Certificate of Merit" for its SPARK Series All Electric Injection Molding Machine and the Super Master Two Platen Series 6,500 Tons Clamping Force with Two Injection Unit System respectively in the Equipment and Machinery Design category of the Hong Kong Awards for Industries organised by The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong.[5]
