Chen Guanrong
Guanrong Chen (陈关荣) is a Chinese scholar who has been a chair professor and the founding director of the Centre for Chaos and Complex Networks at City University of Hong Kong since 2000. Prior to that, he was a tenured full professor at the University of Houston, Texas.[1] Chen was elected Member of the Academy of Europe in 2014[2] and Fellow of The World Academy of Sciences in 2015.[3] He was elected IEEE Fellow in 1997.[1] He currently is the Editor-in-Chief for the International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos.[4]
