Carole Crofts

Dr Carole Mary Crofts (born 24 June 1959) is a British diplomat who was the ambassador to Azerbaijan from 2016 to 2019.[1][2]

Crofts has worked in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and within international affairs since 1987.[3]

In January 2019, Crofts said that Brexit will not affect Azerbaijan–United Kingdom relations.[4]

In May 2019, Crofts attended the UEFA Europa League in Baku.[5]

Crofts was succeeded by James Lyall Sharp in July 2019.[6]
