Concept
Bees (users) can share and create content in one or more hives (groups), that are related to their professional or personal interests and allows for a new type of professional social networking.[10]
All basic beBee.com services including job searches and applications are free except for their Premium beBee membership which allows users who are job hunters to be featured to employers and hiring managers, allows applicants to be placed at the top of the applicant pool, and a premium member perk of an increased number of per day beBee emails to affinity contacts with which the user is not yet connected. A big difference with beBee is that this social media is more global reach beyond the user's native markets. [11]
