Ayana Rengiil (born 15 December 1999) is a Palauan female tennis player.

Playing for Pacific Oceania at the Fed Cup, Rengiil has accumulated a win–loss record of 3–0.[2]

Her mother Ernestine Rengiil is a lawyer and a former tennis player. In 2010, she won a gold medal at the 12 Pacific Oceania Tennis Junior Championships[3]
