Anant Vidhaat Sharma

Anant Vidhaat is an Actor, known for Gunday (2014), Mardaani (2014), Sultan (2016), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017) and Pati Patni Aur Woh (Web Series) (2020). Before doing films he has studied and practiced theatre in India and internationally. Anant's acting debut was in Gunday as Himanshu under Yash Raj Films banner in 2014. In the same year he featured in a pivotal role in Mardaani (2014) as Sunny Katyal. His work as an actor was appreciated critically in both the films. It was with Sultan (2016) where he played the role Govind, a culturally rooted character from Haryana, that he not only received critical acclaim but also gained popularity. His nuanced portrayal of a Haryanvi bloke with dry humour, typical dialect and unconditional love for his friend made way to the hearts of audiences. Following the grand success of Sultan, he partnered with the same team in another blockbuster feature, Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), in which he was much appreciated for his portrayal of a RAW agent, Karan Rao. Subsequently he started getting offers for lead roles. His first project as a lead was Pati Patni Aur Woh (Web Series) (2020) for MX Player. Anant also featured in Pandit Usman (Short Film) (2020).
