Al Furjan

Al Furjan is a residential development under construction near Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates. Nakheel is the master developer of this project, the entire development was expected to be completed by the end of second quarter of 2011.[1] When completed the Al Furjan development will comprise four specific villages: North, South, East and West. The development will include 4,000 houses, apartments, hotels and commercial & mixed use plots. With an area of 5.6 million sq meters, the project was projected to cost USD 1.5 billion.[2] As the construction progresses 4,000 houses will be completed by 2010.[2]

Al Furjan is a master-community which also consists of various sub-developments including projects by Azizi, Dreamz by Danube and Ritz by Danube [3]

Azizi Buildings in Al Furjan

Azizi, a real estate developer, is developing several mid-rise residential buildings in the Al Furjan community including Azizi Daisy, Azizi Feirouz, Freesia, Iris, Liatris, Orchid and Yasamine [4]

Al Furjan Residential Land

Al Furjan Residential Land (G+1 Plots) is an enclave within Al Furjan master-community where Nakheel (the community's master-developer) sold around 500 plots in late 2013. Investors who have purchased here can begin constructing their own villas (keeping into account certain by-laws) when the plots are delivered. Infrastructure work is underway and delivery is expected in late 2016 or mid-2017.[5]

Dreamz by Danube

Dreamz by Danube is a 171 unit townhouse project offering 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses. Completion scheduled for 2016 [6]

Starz (Ritz) by Danube

Ritz Residence (Ritz Tower) by Danube Properties features two mid-rise residential buildings comprising fully furnished studio and one and two bedroom apartments. Completion in 2018[7]

Glamz by Danube

Glamz by Danube Properties features two mid-rise residential buildings comprising fully furnished studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Completion in 2018 [8]
