The 2019–20 season was Huddersfield Town Women F.C.'s 32nd season of competitive football and its sixth season in the FA Women's National League North at the third level of English women's football. The season was declared cancelled and all league results expunged on the 26th March due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The last match to take place was a 4-2 defeat at West Bromwich Albion on the 15th March. The Women's FA Cup is still hoped to be completed so the 4th round loss to Ipswich Town remains a club record attendance.

Manager Ashley Vickers departed the club on the 19th March and Jordan Wimpenny was appointed on the 23rd March 2020.
