Zongo

Zongo is a city in the Congo Basin region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Zongo is located on the Bangui River opposite Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic. As there is no bridge between the cities, Zongo lies at the end of the DRC road network, where ferries bring trucks/cars across to travel into the DRC. The city also lies along the very rough road across the Congo Basin connecting Cameroon-CAR-DRC-Uganda/Rwanda.
