- The Bikes at Alices Restaurant. Named for Arlo Guthrie's song (despite being located thousands of miles from West Stockbridge, MA, the location of Guthrie's "Alice's") this out-of-the way eatery sports its own Group W Bench to tickle the fancy of Arlo Guthrie fans. On weekends, Alice's is the destination for hundreds if not thousands of bicyclists and motorcyclists who enjoy riding the well-maintained and twisty roads in the area. It's not unusual on a Sunday Morning to see dozens of motorcycles ranging from restored antiques to the newest and fastest sportbikes, all polished up for an informal bike show. To motorcyclists, "Alice's" actually refers both to the restaurant and to the Skywood Trading Post, a general store with a coffeepot and a deli directly across Skyline Boulevard. The parking lots on both sides of the street are full of bikes, bikers, and the curious almost every weekend.

- Alice's Restaurant, 17288 Skyline Blvd. At the crossroads of Routes 35 and 84 (Skyline Blvd. and La Honda Rd.) Due to its popularity with the motorcycling set, Alice's Restaurant's menu is full of motorcycle-themed entrées. A cheeseburger with marinara is served as "The Moto Guzzi" after the venerable Italian brand, a "Yamaha" is a chicken breast sandwich with pineapple and teriyaki, and if you ask for the "Harley" expect to be served a burger with bacon and sausage (playing on the "Hog" nickname often given to Harley-Davidson motorcycles.) Despite the gimmicks associated with a theme-oriented restaurant, Alice's retains a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere, accessible to visitors on four-wheeled vehicles just stopping in for a bite.
