Interstate 95 and the Garden State Parkway can both be used to get to Woodbridge.

By air

Woodbridge does not have its own airport but Newark International Airport is just 30 minutes away from Woodbridge.

By bus

NJ Transit provides bus service to Woodbridge that come from other surrounding areas. There are buses that come from New York City and Newark International Airport.

By train

Woodbridge has two train stations, 🌍 Metropark station, which is located in the Iselin section of Woodbridge and 🌍 Woodbridge station, which is near Main Street in downtown Woodbridge. Both provide service to New York City, Newark Penn Station, and Newark Airport, while the Woodbridge station offers seasonal service to Monmouth Park Racetrack and year-round service to the Jersey Shore.

Get around

The best way to get around Woodbridge is by car. Because there are so many routes that surround Woodbridge, walking to a destination could be dangerous. There are also buses but they only stop at certain places at certain times.

See

There really isn't much to see in Woodbridge besides a few small historical things. A major part of Woodbridge is the mall. Because New Jersey is a sales tax free state, people come from the surrounding states come here to shop. The mall has a huge variety of stores and also quite a few department stores.

Do

There isn't much to do in Woodbridge. The teenagers that live there mostly hang out at the mall. So the mall is the most popular place.

There are a few family owned restaurants that are located on Main St. They are mostly Italian, family-friendly and have great food.

There are a few clubs in and around Woodbridge that do have bars. One club called Studio 9 serves the teen scene and also the adult scene.
