Virudhaachalam
Virudhaachalam is a town in the Cuddalore to Salem Highway next to Neyveli in Tamil Nadu state in India. It is primarily a pilgrimage centre with an enormous Shiva temple, the Viruthagiriswarar temple, from which the name arose. The town is a good travel planning centre because it is linked to all the cities in Tamil Nadu by broad gauge railway network and good wide access roads. The town is also known for the large number of doctors, almost 100. The river Manimuthaaru flows through the town splitting it into two halves connected by a long bridge.
