  • Pico Rivera Sports Arena, 11003 E. Rooks Rd. The Pico Rivera Sports Arena was built next to Bicentennial Park in 1979 in dedication to Pico Rivera residents who served the United States during every war up to the Vietnam War. Sitting around 6,000, it is said to be the largest Mexican-style rodeo ring "Rancho de Charro" in the country. It hosts about 25 shows annually, featuring rodeos, wrestling, and boxing.

Located at Smith Park, the Aquatic Center offers swimming lessons in an Olympic sized pool boasting kick boards, ramp and entry steps, diving boards, indoor and outdoor showers, changing rooms, sun bathing patio, concession stands and food patio, and spectator area.
  • Pico Rivera Center for the Arts, 9200 Mines Ave, +1 562 801-4300. The Pico Rivera Center for the Arts was built in 1989 and is close to the Senior center, two elementary schools and Smith Park. It offers art classes and free exhibits to the public featuring local and southern California artists.
  • Pico Rivera Historical Museum, 9122 E. Washington Blvd, +1 562 949-7100. The Pico Rivera Historical Museum was created in 1992 and offers a collection of pictures, documents and exhibits in what used to be the Santa Fe Railway Station, built back in 1887, having been relocated from its former location back in 1974 to its current address.

The food is good Mexican cuisine. They have a live DJ and dancing. If your looking for a good time late at night without the kids, this is the place to go. If your looking to take your family here, going during the daylight hours is suggested.
  • 🌍 Dal Rae, 9023 E. Washington Blvd, +1 562 949-2444. If you're looking for something classier and in around the same moderate price range, then Dal Rae is your place. Perfect for a romantic date or a special occasion without spending too much. It's quality without the cost. Opened back in 1958, it has kept its atmosphere along with its piano and dance floor. Dal Rae also has a charming patio area where lunch and dinner may also be served.
