Oshakati

Oshakati is a city in the Four-O region in Namibia.

Understand

The town is in the Owambo heartland, above the red line. Although not normally a tourist destination, this region contains the greatest population centers in Namibia.

Get in

Oshakati is situated on the B1, Namibia's busiest national road.

Get around

Shared taxis are numerous through Oshakati and most trips within one town will cost N$12.00 per passenger. A shared taxi ride from Ondangwa to Oshakati is also inexpensive.
