By bus
Take the A3515 line of Bizkaibus (Bilbao-Amorebieta/Etxano-Gernika-Bermeo) from Bilbao.
By car
It takes one hour by car to arrive in Mundaka from San Sebastian by highway A-8, which connects San Sebastian and Bilbao and BI-635 from Amorebieta.
By train
Mundaka is a stop on Euskotren's Bilbao-Bermeo railway line.

The port is located in the central part of the town with medieval fisherman houses facing the sea.
- π St. Mary's Church. The church with neo-gothic renaissance style was rebuilt in the XVI century after being destroyed in the war.
- π Casino de Mundaka, Kepa Deunaren Kalea 1. 100-year-old building with view to the sea operated by the Mundaka fraternity society. The restaurant inside gets mixed reviews.
Do
Mundaka is a world-renowned surf spot. One has to be careful considering the currents. If you don't know, ask the locals first at the nearby surf school. The wave can grow up to 4m and rise for 400m. The left wave is among the best of Europe.
