- 🌍 Morgan-Monroe State Forest, 6220 Forest Rd. Martinsville, IN 46151, ☎ +1 765 342-4026, e-mail: MorganSF@dnr.IN.gov. A 24,000 acre forest that features steep ridges, valleys and several lakes. The forest features roughly 25 miles of hiking trails including parts of the long distance Tecumseh Trail (42 miles). Overnight facilities include a primitive campground, cabins, and backcountry camping areas. Three stocked lakes provide fishing opportunities.
