Maimana
Maimana (Persian:میمنه) is the capital of Faryab Province in West Afghanistan.
WARNING: Maimana lies in a remote and tumultuous region of Western Afghanistan and is not safely approachable by land from either direction. You may also face difficulty with the police once in the town. Unless you have a real reason to be here, save it for a later trip.
