Madh Island
Madh Island is a group of several fishing villages and farmlands in northern Mumbai. Madh Island barely is nearly a peninsula since as only the small Malad creek, bounded by mangroves, cuts it off from the mainland near Aksa. At low tide, one can almost walk across the beach from Dana Paani beach in Erangal village to Aksa beach.
