- Juan de Padilla Cross. West of town is a cross commemorating Juan de Padilla, a member of Coronado's expedition, widely acknowledged to be the first Christian martyr in North America.
- Coronado-Quivira Museum. Has a large collection of artifacts related to the early Spanish explorers and the native inhabitants that once lived in this region. An exhibit in the basement depicts what life was like in Lyons in 1902.
