By air: Manila airport to Kalibo airport, then take bus or jeepney from Kalibo to Libacao.

By sea: Manila port to Dumaguit or New-Washington port, then take bus or jeepney from Dumaguit/New-Washington to Kalibo and from Kalibo to Libacao. Van for hire are also available.
