Lerici

Lerici is a small town in Liguria, in the province of La Spezia. Due to the area's popularity among poets and other artist in the early 19th century, this part of the Italian Riviera is known as the Poets' Bay. Famous poet Percy Bysshe Shelley lived and drowned here in 1822.

Today, its main attraction is the well-maintained castle.
