Borgo Ricavo. An active farm which produces its own red wine and olive oil (both gratis for guests). Two suites include a kitchen, stocked with fresh eggs if you ask the hosts (Rina, Zuilio and their son Roberto) nicely. The local swimming hole is a half-hour walk away, and takes you through forest and vineyard. €60.
